George Balarezo is an adventurer, author, and university lecturer who splits his time between Seoul, South Korea and Ann Arbor, Michigan. He has gone on unsupported, solo cycling journeys in Oman, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Mongolia, Russia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kenya, and China's Xinjiang Province.
