The Detroit Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (LBPH) is located at the Douglass Branch. It offers services, materials, and events to anyone with a visual or physical handicap, or a reading disability.
The library lends talking books and players to people who live in Detroit, Highland Park, and Hamtramck. Schools, nursing homes, and senior residences can also borrow these materials.
