Romance Book Club
Church Girl is the story of Aaliyah Montgomery who runs out on her own wedding only to escape her small town and wind up in Chicago with a job as a nanny to Von Howard- a gruff gritty tattoo artist and single dad struggling to raise his child right. Aaliyah and Von are clearly from two different backrounds and are at different places in life but opposites eventually attract. Will they be able take responsibility for who they are, become better people, and enter into a mature relationship? Or will they let fear of being hurt and clinging to the past tear them apart?
