About NACA:
NACA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making homeownership accessible and affordable for working families and communities. NACA is best known for its housing program that does not require a down payment, does not require closing costs, and does not use fees, while providing members support and counseling through the homebuying process.What Will Happen at the Workshop:
During the workshop, attendees will learn about the steps to becoming a homeowner, NACA’s program and eligibility, required documents, budgeting and affordability, and what to expect through the homebuying journey. There will also be time for questions and guidance on next steps, including how to become a NACA member and schedule follow-up appointment.
