Community Yoga


This is a slow, intentional yoga class designed to help participants relax, reset, and reconnect with their bodies and breath. This class will focus on grounding postures, breathwork, gentle movement, and light stretching. The practice is beginner friendly and accessible for all levels. Participants are encouraged to bring: a yoga mat, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing.
