Community Yoga

Community Yoga


This is a slow Hatha yoga class focused on grounding within self and reconnecting to the breath. This practice emphasizes gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness and intentional stillness to support relaxation and inner awareness.

Class will include grounding postures, guided visualization and moments of reflection designed to help participants feel present, empowered and refreshed. This practice invites a holistic appreciation of mind, body and spirit while encouraging personal growth and self-belief.

Participants will leave feeling calm centered and reminded that change is possible and that they have the ability to create the life they desire.

This class is beginner friendly and open to all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and any props that support your practice such as blocks, a blanket or bolster. Wear comfortable clothing.
