Preparing Your Garden for Spring on March 25
Although spring might seem far away, it’s never too early to start thinking about how you are going to get your garden ready for the summer growing season. Let’s reflect back on last year’s garden, talk about choosing seeds and plants, plant and soil care during the summer months, and spring cleanup of vegetable and flower gardens.
Seed Starting on April 15
Join Lindsey Kerr, Consumer Horticulture Educator at MSU Extension, for a seed-starting workshop. Learn about growing conditions and supplies needed to grow strong plants. Get your hands dirty and take home some newly planted seeds.
