Drawing from her years of working with dogs at Detroit Animal Care and Control, Sue shares a moving story told through the eyes of a once-forgotten shelter dog—capturing fear, hope, kindness, and the joy of finding a forever home. Brought to life with soulful photographs taken by local children, this all-ages storytime celebrates compassion, resilience, and the powerful bond between people and animals.
