Legal Information Series for the Elderly and Special Needs
Roxanne Chang uses her unique combination of skills as both an attorney and limited licensed psychologist to provide informed, compassionate legal and advocacy services, as well as mediation and conflict resolution services, for older adults and individuals with special needs and their families in southeast Michigan. Her approach promotes choice, individuality, and independence, while ensuring quality of life and care.
