Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration: Papel Picado Craft
Hi kids! In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Detroit Public Library will be hosting several events. The first is a storytime and Papel Picado craft that kids can make. Have fun making these beautiful paper banners to hang up in your home.
Ages 5+.
