Tracy has been at the Detroit Public Library for over 20 years. When she first joined the library, she worked at the help desk, but was so inspired by her co-workers she went back to school to get her Master’s in Library Science. Tracy has worked at a variety of branches as a YA librarian and has served on a number of library committees including Author Day and the African American Booklist. She then became a Manager at Elmwood Park Branch library. Tracy is currently the Manager of the Parkman Branch.
Tracy is married and has two adult children. She enjoys spending time with family, is very active in her church and sorority, and her interests include reading and crocheting.
