Customers can pick up reserved items at the Main Library:
1. To reserve an item, click here or call 313-481-1400.
2. Wait for a phone call confirming your item is ready, and call 313-481-1378 to make an appointment to pick it up.
3. Pick up your item at the Main Library using the circle drive, located off of Cass Avenue. Please follow the posted instructions. Staff will drop your items in your trunk or back seat.
Reserved items can be picked up by appointment only, Tuesday - Saturday, 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
