The Detroit Opera presents "The Life and Artistry of William Grant Still" on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 in the Clara Stanton Jones Friends Auditorium (Main Library, 5201 Woodward Ave).
The evening will feature performances by Detroit Opera's Resident Artists and the Detroit Opera Orchestra, discussion led by Community Programs' Director Arthur White and Music Director Roberto Kalb. The library will exhibit items from its William Grant Still Archives.
