Labor Day Holiday Closures
All locations will be closed on Monday, September 7th, 2026 for Labor Day.
The Burton Historical Collection will be closed in observance of the holiday on Saturday, September 5th. The Main Library will still be open on Saturday, September 5th from 10am - 6pm.
Main Library Department Closures (September 9)
Due to an all-day event, the Children's Library and the Business, Science and Technology (BST) Department will be closed to the public on Wednesday, September 9th.
School-Year Hours Begin
Starting on Friday, September 11th, 2026, all library branches will be closed on Fridays and open on Saturdays.
This schedule will remain in place until the end of the school year, when the summer hours will resume.
The Main Library remains open on both Fridays (10am - 6pm) and Saturdays (10am - 6pm). Sundays at the Main Library will resume on October 4, 2026 from 1pm - 5pm.
