ProjectArt is back at the Detroit Public Library for a new year of free art classes for children and teens! Classes run from the week of September 25, 2023 through the week of May 20, 2024. While enrollment is ongoing throughout the year—registration is required as space is limited. This year, you can find ProjectArt in four library locations throughout the city.
Main Library
Sundays: 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. for ages 4 – 7
Sundays: 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. for ages 8 – 11
Tuesdays: 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. for ages 12 – 18
Lincoln Branch
Wednesdays: 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. for ages 4 – 10
Saturdays: Noon – 1:00 p.m. for ages 11 – 18
Sherwood Forest Branch
Thursdays: 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. for ages 11 – 18
Saturdays: 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. for ages 4 – 10
Wilder Branch
Thursdays: 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. for ages 4 – 10
